How well do you wait?

"I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.  Wait for the Lord, be strong, take heart and wait for the Lord."  Psalm 27:13 We walk up to our favorite restaurant hungry, ready to eat a nice meal.  The host looks up and says there will be a wait.  Immediately, we want to know, "How long is the wait?"  Should they announce 10 minutes or even 20 minutes, we may oblige.  Besides, it'll take that long to get back to car and get to another restaurant.  However, if they say an hour or longer, we may be inclined to change our minds and go eat somewhere else. It isn't that God does not have work for us to do, because He does.  "We are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."  Ephesians 2:10.  Often times, we are unsure of how
